Service Approval, Refunds & Information

New-customer approval: All services for new customers must be approved after we review the cemetery location, travel distance, accessibility, and cemetery rules.

If service cannot be provided: If payment has already been completed and we cannot approve or provide the requested service, the customer will receive a full refund.

After approval: Once payment is completed and the service is approved, payments are non-refundable.

Information retention: Information submitted for a Single Care Visit will not be retained after the service and necessary transaction records are completed. For recurring memberships, customer contact information and the grave location will be retained so we can schedule and provide ongoing services.

This submits the enrollment for review and requests an invoice; it is not immediate payment. Secure checkout will be added later.
