Monthly Service Scheduling

You do not need to choose a routine service date. After approval, Moonmery assigns visits based on cemetery location, route efficiency, weather, access, and availability. Your special dates remain part of your Moonmery Care plan. Flower dates are arranged by us around what you tell us below, so the bouquet is cut fresh and placed while it is at its best.

Moonmery Care includes three special dates a year. One is required to start; the other two can be added whenever you are ready. Open and complete any additional date panels you want to use. The membership price does not change based on the number of dates selected.

Included With Moonmery CareFlower Preferences

Tell us once what the family would like, and we choose every arrangement around it. Four standard bouquets a year are included.

In the field season (August to early October) we write two to three weeks before each date, in case you would like to pick the flowers yourself; otherwise we choose. Outside it we place a seasonal arrangement — greenhouse flowers in spring and summer, evergreens in winter. A bigger bouquet costs only the difference, at the grower’s price. Where a cemetery allows flowers only in an approved vase, we supply one at cost.

Materials

Provide your own or shop with us

Our Memorial Shop is open. You may provide your own approved decorations, purchase from the Shop, or continue without them. We will coordinate delivery, storage, and cemetery requirements after reviewing your request.
