What we collect

About you

About the memorial

The plot location is the most sensitive thing on that list. We ask for it because we cannot find a specific grave in a large cemetery without it, and it is never shown publicly.

Photographs

With your written permission, given when you book, we photograph the memorial before and after each visit. These are private. They are delivered to you through a link in your account, and are never posted publicly, shown to other customers, or used in marketing.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach us — we can see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits, nothing more.

When you sign in

Signing in uses your Google account through Firebase Authentication. We receive your name, email address and whether Google has verified it. We never see your Google password.

When you browse

We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read, and record which steps of a booking are reached — whether someone saw the prices, opened a booking form, or got as far as the cart. It tells us how many people did each thing, not who they were. No name, email, address or plot location is ever sent to it.

Why we hold it

Who else can see it

Moonmery Grave Care is run by one person. Beyond that, information reaches only:

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

What you can ask us to do

Write to us and we will, within 30 days:

You do not need a reason, and asking costs nothing.

Children

This service is for adults arranging care for a memorial. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this page changes

The date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we use what we already hold, we will email you before it takes effect.
