We work with you to remember the dates that matter and prepare each tribute with appropriate flowers, decor, and personal details.

We provide attentive memorial care throughout the year, adjusting our visits to seasonal conditions and the needs of the resting place.
Cleaning runs April through November. We do not wash a memorial in freezing weather, because water driven into cold stone freezes, expands, and damages the surface — so winter is for condition checks rather than treatment. We are not a snow-removal company.
❦Decorations collected before the cemetery clears them.
Many cemeteries set a fall deadline after which every decoration is cleared, and what is left is usually thrown away. We collect it first, photograph each item, and store it over winter, hold it for you to collect, or dispose of it respectfully.
Pickup is $49 a grave, or $99 to pick up, store and put everything back in spring. It is included for Essential, Tribute and Moonmery Care members. See Fall Cleanup

After a care visit, we provide clear photographs and, when appropriate, video of the completed service. These updates allow you to see the results and remain connected to your loved one’s resting place, even when you cannot visit in person.
Your updates also provide reassurance that the requested care was completed thoughtfully and respectfully.
How care begins
Every memorial begins with a consultation, so we can see its condition and agree exactly what it needs before anything is booked or charged.

We meet at the memorial.
We meet you at the memorial wherever possible, or online if distance makes that difficult. We look at the stone’s material, its condition, and how much weathering or biological growth has built up.
From that we tell you exactly how many restoration sessions it needs and what the total will be. You decide afterwards, with the full figure in front of you. Nothing further is booked or charged until you do.
From $95
The first treatment, priced by the size of the stone: $95 small or flat marker, $115 standard upright, $150 large or double.
We clean using a method suited to the stone — granite, marble, and bronze each need different handling, and the wrong approach causes permanent damage. We never pressure wash.
The visit includes tidying the immediate area, photographs taken before and after, and a written note on the memorial’s condition. If the stone needs more than this one session, the number was already agreed at your consultation.

Decades of lichen, algae, and staining do not lift in a single treatment. Trying to force it in one visit means scrubbing hard enough to damage the surface, which is the one thing we will not do.
Instead we work in stages, letting each treatment do its work. How many sessions your stone needs is agreed at the consultation, and we never add one afterwards without asking you first.
Nothing further is booked or charged until we have met and agreed the cost.

We do not clean a memorial in freezing weather. Water driven into cold stone freezes, expands, and lifts the surface — the damage is permanent and it is the most common harm done by well-meaning cleaning.
So your eight care visits fall across the months when the work can be done properly. Winter condition checks, with photographs, are available on request at $57.
Paying for the year: $605 covers twelve months — eleven at the monthly rate with the twelfth included. If you cancel part-way through, we refund the months not yet delivered at the $55 monthly rate.
Tribute

Be there for the days that matter.
Three dates a year are yours to choose — a birthday, an anniversary, the day they passed, or a holiday your family keeps. You set them when you enrol and can change them with notice.
Special dates run in any season, including winter, because placing flowers or a wreath carries none of the freezing risk that cleaning does. Further dates beyond the three are $57 each.
Paying for the year: $759 covers twelve months — eleven at the monthly rate with the twelfth included. If you cancel part-way through, we refund the months not yet delivered at the $69 monthly rate.
Complete Care

Care, remembrance, and flowers handled for you.
Tell us once the colours and the flowers they loved, and we arrange every bouquet around that and place it ourselves: on each of your three special dates and on Memorial Day. From August to early October the flowers come from our grower’s field; outside it we place a seasonal arrangement — greenhouse flowers in spring and summer, evergreens in winter.
Included: four standard bouquets a year are part of the price. Want a bigger one? You pay only the difference, at the grower’s price. We check the flowers at your next care visit; an extra refresh visit is $55. Where a cemetery allows flowers only in an approved vase, we supply one at cost.
Paying for the year: $1,045 covers twelve months — eleven at the monthly rate with the twelfth included. If you cancel part-way through, we refund the months not yet delivered at the $95 monthly rate.
Where we travel: we serve three areas of Minnesota — the southwest Twin Cities, the north metro, and the Mille Lacs Lake area. Cemeteries within 15 miles of any of them are covered; beyond that a small extended-area charge may apply, always confirmed before any work begins. Moonmery Care, with its flowers, is available on the Mille Lacs Lake side; Twin Cities cemeteries follow in 2027, once our grower there is in place.
Southwest Twin Cities: Shakopee, Savage, Prior Lake, Chaska, Chanhassen, Jordan, and Eden Prairie.
North metro: Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Osseo, Plymouth, Ramsey, Andover, and Anoka.
Mille Lacs Lake: Isle, Onamia, Wahkon, Garrison, Milaca, Mora, and Aitkin.
If the cemetery you have in mind is not listed, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach it.

Moonmery Care members can share preferred flowers, colors, and bouquet styles so we can create a tribute that feels personal.
Specific flowers and arrangements may vary based on seasonal and local availability. We'll choose the closest suitable alternative when necessary.
We complete each scheduled visit with care and send photo or video updates, giving you reassurance and a lasting connection wherever you are.
