Before Your First Visit

Every new customer begins with a $27 consultation. We meet at the memorial, assess its condition, and agree the full cost of any restoration it needs before your care begins.

Monthly Service Scheduling

You do not need to choose a routine service date. After approval, Moonmery assigns visits based on cemetery location, route efficiency, weather, access, and availability. Your important dates remain part of your Tribute Care plan.

Your Important Dates

Tribute Care requires at least one important date and allows up to three per membership year. Important Date 1 is required; Dates 2–3 are optional. Open and complete any additional date panels you want to use. The membership price does not change based on the number of dates selected.

A secure subscription-checkout link will be sent after we review your location, dates, and requests. Never enter card details here.

No payment until we confirm

Dates are requests until confirmed. Decor is subject to cemetery rules; requested decorations may cost extra.

Materials

Provide your own or shop with us

Our Memorial Shop is open. You may provide your own approved decorations, purchase from the Shop, or continue without them. We will coordinate delivery, storage, and cemetery requirements after reviewing your request.
